I have been practicing in Regina as an RMT for the past 25 years. My passion and insight for helping clients is palpable in the treatments I provide. Finding balance in my own body and mind is a strategy I aim for and thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients in finding their own balance.
For the past 15 years I have been incorporating and diversifying my treatments with Acupuncture, which I studied at McMaster University. I am also a certified Executive Coach, enabling us to have some thought provoking conversations.
In 2024 I added Manual Osteopathy to my tool box and now this is the primary modality I provide. I completed the 5 year program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver and am recognized by the Saskatchewan and Ontario Association of Manual Osteopaths.
My treatments have an osteopathic approach, as I value a detailed initial intake, and a proper assessment to accurately get to the root of the situation. I like to keep in mind a quote from A.T. Still, the founder of Osteopathy;
“Remove all obstructions, and when it is intelligently done, Nature will kindly do the rest.”
My wife Amy, and kids Carolina and Kieran are my core relationships. I enjoy my weekly gym sessions, cycling, yoga, and supporting my community by coaching Flag football, RCBA and Club basketball. Walks with Aspen, our Bernedoodle, help keep life in perspective.
There is no thinking problem that a good morning walk cannot solve.
