You can now access your treatment receipts from you account profile.

New Patients: A 60 minute session is needed for your initial appointment. Aim to schedule a follow-up appointment approximately 2 weeks after the initial appointment.

A credit card on file will be required to book your online appointments. Your card will not be charged at this time, and will only be charged in the event of a no-show. You will still present your credit card for payment at the front desk prior to your appointment.

The annual 4% fee increase will take effect January 2, 2025.

Osteopathy

Garret completed the Osteopathy program in 2024 from The Canadian School of Osteopathy - Manual Practice in Vancouver, BC. This is a national College consisting of five years of classroom study, clinical hours under supervision and a final Case Report research paper.


Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy assessment and treatment with an Osteopathic approach.

I have been practicing in Regina as an RMT for the past 23 years, and the passion for my profession is palpable in the treatments I provide. Finding balance in my own body and mind is a strategy I aim for and thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients with.

For the past 14 years I have been incorporating and diversifying my treatments with Acupuncture, which I studied at McMaster University. I am also a certified Executive Coach. The Coaching experience has enabled me to be an active listener; making a safe space and time for the client to explain their current situation.

As a lifelong learner, I have finished my 5th year of Osteopathy training at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. My Massage Therapy treatments have an osteopathic approach, as I value a proper assessment to accurately get to the root of the situation. I like to keep in mind a quote from A.T. Still, the founder of Osteopathy;

“Remove all obstructions, and when it is intelligently done, Nature will kindly do the rest.”

My wife Amy, and kids Carolina and Kieran are my core relationship. I enjoy my weekly gym sessions, cycling, yoga, and supporting my community by coaching Flag football, RCBA basketball, and youth mountain biking. Walks with Aspen, our Bernedoodle, help keep life in perspective.
